Very efficient process to check in for appointment. The lobby area was super comfortable - was able to work while car was being serviced. Service team was very knowledgeable and loved the ability to communicate directly with service advisor throughout appointment time.

I have to admit, This is my own fault for not asking for a quoat. I gave permission to change wiper blades, total cost $60.00 parts and $15.00 labor, with tax total $81.00. I asked service advisor for a discount or coupon, I got $5.00 off for using m GM card. Now here is the kicker. I got home and went to mail box and received post card reminder for service with offer of $2.00 off pair of blades with free install expires 6/6/2025. It seems funny that I was not given that deal.

In typical fashion Scott my service advisor was waiting and prepared for my 1:30 appointment. A recall was at the top of the list followed by a prepaid service for oil/filter change, top off fluids ….. ect. Everything was done in the promised timeframe. Scott came and found me in the waiting area, gave me a brief, handed me my keys and told me where to find my truck. It doesn’t get any better.

Scott, the Service technicians and the front desk representatives do a fantastic job . Scheduling and making necessary repairs to my GMC Sierra based on my needs and completing the job in a timely fashion. They are very accommodating, providing shuttle service or a courtesy vehicle when needed. Everyone is respectful, professional and courteous. The amount of time to complete my service - 2hrs+ - was far too long. The job was to program a new fob for my vehicle. The fob I brought was not correct so we had to change course and purchase another from the dealership. But none, the less, more than 2 hours is a lot. Told representatives about issues with dummy lights coming on repeatedly throughout my day to day drive. Unable to diagnose because “light was not on” when brought in. I have a problem with that because this vehicle has less than 6,500 miles and these lights are coming on frequently everyday. I was told by a representative that they could see the notification of alerts when they plugged in but they did not troubleshoot. That is Unacceptable.

I came in with a tire with a slow leak. The tire was repaired fine. But seems like when purchasing a vehicle From Goldstien GMC a tire warranty of some kind would be included. Maybe a road hazzard warranty and tire warranty . The tire only has about 11000 on it. The vehicle is leased from Goldstien from February 2024. Instead the charge was $50,,,,which I know is very reasinable for such a repair, but I would think there would be know chard under some warranty for such a large purchase at the same dealer.

8:00am appointment, received tru view video of truck at 10:13, it was time stamped 8:52. Inspection was completed by 9:20. Seems like the service advisor forgot I was waiting for my vehicle and at 10:18 I texted the number asking how much longer I had to wait, then he came out with my keys. I did not have the courtesy alignment check, etc stapled to my paperwork either like I normally do.

Came in for service due to an Aribag indicator. The service staff addressed my concerns in a professional manner and provided a reasonable solution to the issue since it was not covered under warranty. Goldstein GMC has always provided exceptional service, and this visit was no different.

Jason & Jeannine were terrific, I came in for a NYS inspection, Jeannine noticed that I was at 49,892 miles & suggested that I get the 50,000 Maintenance that is suggested. I said great. At checkout I was unable to use my reward points as I had just activated my account & was told that I could Not use the points until the following week, as this was a saturday & the office wouldn't be able to activate the points until someone was in the reward area office Jason allowed me to pay the balance of the work which was $458.09 and Jannine was going to, and did, put in the request for my 200 reward points Couldn't have been happier,

i went in on a Saturday for a scheduled oil change and realized I needed service done for 30,000 miles. They were able to accommodate me and I had everything done in a very timely manner.

sales people were very help ful,,however they failed to remind me or ask me if I had GM rewards to use towards towards the purchase which I have been doing many years with this dealer . Icalled the business manager within 24 hrs to apply these credits and was told it was to late because the deal was closed. Idid not think that was fair since both partys share the blame for this lapse.

Oil change and tire rotation everything went well

It was an uneventful service experience which is exactly what I want when we're talking about having my car serviced.

I came in to Goldstein Buick for an oil change and a state inspection yesterday and Scott Selby made my visit go as smooth as he always had in the past. dealership has always provided the customer with superior service in the past 4 1/2 years that I have been in this area. Scott's personality makes for an even nicer visit. In the past years dealing with Goldstein, everyone that I have encountered, no matter how busy they were, the service was delivered seamlessly and with excellent customer service.

My service was to replace a heater core. It did take a long time, but I understand that this repair is labor intensive. But, on top of that, they also repaired two minor dents on the drivers door, no charge. Kudos to Jason and the team of technicians.

Scott in service introduced me to Nick in sales. Nick is super easy going, friendly and great to work with. I had a hard time letting go of my truck, but it ended up being the right time to transition to a brand new truck. Nick and the rest of the team made the transition super easy. They also made sure all of the extras I wanted were completed right away. From start to finish it was really a seamless process, even though I had a hard time letting go the team was very understanding and supportive.

I came in for the free first oil change and tire rotation. I was the first one in line and when the car was returned to me they never did the tire rotation. I have a chip out of the right front rim and it was still on the right front when they returned the car so I know they didn’t rotate the tires. I hope they actually didn't the oil change. Now I have to waste more time going back to have the tires rotated. Very disappointed in the experience.

When I had prior oil changes done the service agent always applied a coupon this agent charged me $139 for the oil change. He also charged me $75 for front windshield wipers. So my bill was $253 for a service that I usually pay $173. I live over 70 miles from this dealership, so I do not think I will make the trip up to Albany to have my car serviced anymore.

This was my first experience as a customer with the Goldstein Auto Group. My 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 was brought in on October 9, 2025 for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. The primary purpose of my visit was to address a tailgate striker bolt that had fallen off the truck bed. I requested that this be formally documented by a representative of the company. Additionally, I had requested a vehicle safety inspection and a review of the brakes. I am satisfied with the quality of the work performed on my vehicle, and the professionalism of several of your employees. However, my overall experience was significantly undermined by the actions and conduct of the service advisor assigned to my vehicle. Specifically, the following issues occurred: * At 2:10 PM on October 9, I received a text message from my service advisor stating they had tried to call, but no voicemail or missed call was recorded on my phone. * I sent a text message to the service advisor at 5:15 p.m. on October 9, to inquire about the status of my vehicle, but I received no response. * The lack of communication forced me to call the dealership to confirm whether the work would be completed that day. * Upon being informed the vehicle was ready, I drove through rush-hour traffic to pick it up, only to be told the register was closed, necessitating a second trip the following day. * During my vehicle pickup on October 10, the service advisor's behavior was both unacceptable and unprofessional while I questioned multiple versions of my invoice (#67812). During our discussion, 4 different invoice print outs were presented. I retained the first and final versions and remain unsatisfied with parts of the final document. Furthermore, upon a more detailed review of invoice #67812, I discovered that the initial, primary reason for my service visit—the issue with the tailgate striker bolt—was not documented correctly. As a representative of General Motors, accurate documentation is critical for tracking such component failures. I intend to speak with the service manager directly to discuss this experience and to ensure the proper documentation is created.

It was a fine experience dealing with the Goldstein GMC service dept. I had been unable to coordinate transportation with family of friends so I was prepared to hang out at the dealership for the duration of the service. Adrian, my service writer, stepped in and arranged for their shuttle driver to come back and take me home and a pick up for my return was taken car of as well. Very nice touch I must say. Final price came in well within the "upset" price I was given when initially checking in with the service dept, and ya can't beat that.

I was first in but it took a very long time to do my inspection and oil change. In any case, even though I had requested no wash because I had recently done it by hand and the car was sparkling clean the service advisor noted that on the service plan but it was washed anyway and the car was returned to me with tons of white soap spots all over it. I never use your washing service because I do not want the finish to be beat upon with your automated rags which are too heavy and abrasive and wear away the wax finish. The result is that I will now have to have the car detailed to remove the soap spots and restore the wax finish.

Very happy with our salesman (Robert Hanks). He did a great job. Love the car so far (although I had to take it in the first day I had it for 3 days due to check engine light on - corrected and nothing major).

I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle, I called around 8am, and the service guy suggested bringing my car in at 2pm. When I got there, there weren’t any other customers waiting and I was helped right away. I really appreciated being told to come at 2pm instead of waiting for hours before my car could even be looked at.

Service person Tom Vadney took care of me. Besides handling getting my broken sun visor clip repaired, he also expertly helped me with an issue I was having getting my phone to pair properly with the android system in my car. He also advised me about a tire sale going on in the month of November as I'll be due for new tires very soon.

They are very accommodating they went out of their way to solve my problem with my new GMC truck. All the staff is very professional.

Excellent service

The service I have received is great but I would like further assistance with the issue. In the 6 months or so I have had two Pioter filter blowouts on my 2019 Chevy 3500 with the diesel engine. Each time the filter was the cause with nothing else seen. I have seen issues reported online on the AC Delco PF2232 issues. There have not been any indications that the filter is failing, it jut completely let’s go and looses all the oil. I have no confidence that this will not happen every time I drive it. Could research be done on the filter problem. I was told that this filter has to be used on all warranty work but just putting the same filter in does not make sense to me. Thanks

It was my last trip to use my last oil change as my maintenance plan ends to your dealership as I am very unhappy about being ignored I concerns / complaints however my calls / concerns apparently were not important therefore I will be trading my vehicle for another one at a dealership that I will be happy with and taken of it's pretty sad that you purchase a $40,000.00 vehicle and quite apparently once your off the lot your on your own

They were helpful got me a car to drive, said the fixed my issues check engine light and a metal to metal rattle that they heard. Said it was a simple harness issue that came loose. Drove it home and the issue was not fixed the minute I pulled into my driveway to park I can hear the rattling again.

I set an appointment for an oil change. Jeff greeted me when I pulled in and the process of dropping the vehicle off was very easy. Service advisor told me Front Diff, Rear Diff and Transfer Case fluids needed changed as part of 30K miles service. Truck has just under @28K miles. The service interval for these items is actually 50K miles so this was very misleading. Also, to be charged $600 for these three items is nothing short of robbery. Remove drain bolt, drain fluid. Replace drain bolt, Remove Fill bolt, Fill fluid, replace fill bolt. Times 3 this is MAYBE 30 minutes work with the truck already on the lift for the oil change. Shame on me for being in a rush and authorizing this work without questioning. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

All my service requests were handled in a timely manner. The staff took care to keep my Buick clean and return it in good condition.

Had a notice on my dash that my tire monitoring system needed service, Called on Sat and was able to get an appt on Wed the following week. Mike my service advisor plugged the monitoring device into my vehicle and got the answer to my issue. Was fixed in about 2 hrs. Mike explained what would be done and how long it would take. he was right. I should be in good shape for a while.

Goldsteins went out of their way to accommodate. Adrian rescheduled our NYS inspection because of bad weather. Communication was constant and good.

Had an appointment for inspection, apparently inspection machine was down- and I was not informed, so I showed up and could not get Inspection, - otherwise everything else was fine

It was expensive and no carwash

I had been in the dealership prior to this visit-as I got new tires and needed the pressure monitors reset. At that time I was told the back left needed a new battery. I was due for an oil change so figured I’d make an appointment and do it all at once, along with headlight replacements ( I had bought the bulbs but needed them put in). The associate told me all pressure sensors were now bad and needed replacing and the labor charge to change the headlights would be $130-double what I actually paid for the bulbs. He also advised a price for new breaks and rotors but realized he forgot the labor charge and came back with a different price. Needless to say, I paid for my oil change and will go back to the Honda dealer I was using for service previously-the prices are much more reasonable and the personnel is usually top notch-I came here bc they simply can’t reprogram my tire sensors. Lesson learned

Scott Selby has always taken great care of me. He answers questions, suggests needed items, and I respect his suggestions because he tells me why that part replacement is absolutely necessary. If a problem occurs, he is always ready to assist, and makes servicing my car a good experience. He's one of the best!

Dropped my vehicle off the day before a scheduled service. It was done that same day. Was an unexpected, but good surprise.

I was involved in a two car high speed collision on January 29, 2026. I called Friday the 30th and spoke with Dan. I told him the situation and what I was looking to do a far as a replacement. Dan had the new truck ready for delivery on Saturday the 31st. Jp was also great. Seamless transaction.
